FINBERG AG may provide financial services for its clients, in particular in accordance with Art. 3 lit. c No. 2 and 4 FIDLEG. In the case of an investment advisory mandate by FINBERG AG, a personal recommendation relating to individual financial instruments is made to the client. However, the decision to buy or sell always ultimately remains with the client.
FINBERG AG guarantees neither a return nor a return on investment. The investment activity can therefore lead to an increase in value but also to a loss in value.
Customer segmentation is generally dispensed with.
General risks in trading with financial instruments
The financial services provided by FINBERG AG involve financial risks. For the risks of the individual financial instruments, reference is made in particular to the corresponding asset management or investment advisory contracts and the associated documentation, as well as to the brochure "Risks in Trading with Financial Instruments" published by the Swiss Bankers Association. Risks in connection with the services offered
For a presentation of the various risks that may arise from the investment strategy for the client's assets, please refer to the corresponding asset management or investment advisory agreements.
When providing investment advice, FINBERG AG provides clients with the basic information sheet of recommended financial instruments.
Cost information for asset management
For the services to be provided, FINBERG AG participates in the total fees, which are normally calculated on the assets under management. Depending on the scope of the service package, between 0.20% and 0.50% p.a., as well as a one-off fee of up to 1.5% for the reimbursement of expenses. In principle, FINBERG AG does not accept any compensation from third parties. For more detailed information, please refer to the relevant asset management and investment advisory agreements. We will disclose these to you in detail before concluding a contract.
In connection with the financial services offered by the financial institution, economic ties may exist with third parties. The receipt of payments from third parties as well as their treatment shall be regulated in detail and comprehensively in the respective investment advisory or asset management contracts.
FINBERG AG fundamentally pursues an "open universe approach" and seeks to make the best possible choice for clients when selecting financial instruments. FINBERG AG offers an independent and transparent asset management and investment advisory service. FINBERG AG therefore does not use or recommend its own financial instruments.

Persons for whom FINBERG AG provides financial services are treated as private clients. No customer segmentation is used as a matter of principle.
This is to ensure that all clients receive the same high level of protection under the FIDLEG Act and that FINBERG AG complies with the corresponding duties of conduct.
The Financial Services Act provides for the segments "private clients", "professional clients" and "institutional clients". Subject to compliance with certain conditions, the client can change the client classification by so-called opting-in or opting-out.
